WHEN CLAIMING

- Choose your muse's superpowers from any of these sources: 1, 2, 3 or 4. You may also create your own, as long as full descriptions are included in your claim post. Detail is essential to ensure correct placement and proper development.
- Each muse will only be entitled to a maximum of two powers.
- Due to the existing number of muses with Healing, Mediumship, and Telepathy, there is a temporary ban on new claims with those powers.
- If your muse is transferring from a sister school, please note there is one academy per continent. Locations include South Africa, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and New York (USA).
- Please join and post your claim (do not lock your post) in nakwon_academy in the following format (please include band name / profession [solo artiste, actor, etc] along with muse name):

- For Staff Application:

- Please include description of power(s). You may amend them to fit your muse.

- After approval, refer to the Teacher Rosters to ensure you are correctly placed and understand who your teachers are.

FOR THE MUNS

- The big golden rule comes first: mun issues =/= muse issues. Please heed this well.
- Absolutely no metagaming/godmoding/uber allowed.
- No cross-claiming with journals allowed. AIM screennames are okay.
- The limit to the number of muses per mun is four (4). Each mun may not play more than one (1) member of bands under five (5) members, and two (2) for bands exceeding five (5) members.
- Activity checks and cuts will be done at the end of every month. This means you must update in your own journals at least once a month. Not a very tall order, right?
- Absolutely no killing off muses, whether your own or others'.
- Lines involving pregnancy, marriage, disorders and other such themes are to be discussed with ALL parties involved. The mods only ask for your maturity if such lines do develop.
- Muns who disregard rules will have all their muses removed from the game.
- Hiatus notes, drops and any other out of character post are to be posted in nakwon_ooc and friends-locked.
- Muses are only allowed to comment in their own claim posts after they have been accepted.
- As of June 26th 2009, all staff muses will be placed on a month-long trial period upon their acceptance.
- All staff muses with direct responsibility for students (professors, medical staff, counselors, etc) must post at least one work-related log by the 21st of each month in their own journals in the following format:

- Classes and/or homework set by staff muses: while it is not compulsory to attend to either, it would be in the student muse's best interest to do so. Ghost attendance and homework will be graded by the staff in accordance to the student muse's previous academic interaction with the former.
- Complaints brought against staff and student will be discussed with both sides of the argument before a decision is made. After three complaints, a staff member will be invited in to talk with the Headmistress, and then put on a trial period for one month. If subsequently found incompetent, they will be fired accordingly.
- The same applies to student muses. Those who fail to comply to rules, with sufficient warnings, will face expulsion.
- If your muse's ability is going to change, warp, expand, spawn a new aspect, or (in cases of muses with only one ability) develop, this must be communicated and discussed with the moderating team before you put it into play. Anyone who does slide something under the net will be issued their first Warning. Twice means removal from the game.
